HUMANITAIRIAN WORK

My work as a social photographer is rooted in respect, empathy, and truth. I focus on telling visual stories of human resilience, growth, and connection – especially in communities often reduced to crisis narratives.

Rather than highlighting suffering, I aim to capture strength: the dignity in everyday moments, the courage to move forward, and the hope that shapes people’s lives under difficult conditions.

“Changing the narrative”

Over the past years, I’ve worked in Ghana as a volunteer and social photographer for a total of seven months.

My practice is grounded in empathy and critical reflection.

I reflect on norms, values, and the ways we frame the world.

In collaboration with NGOs, grassroots initiatives and local communities, I document not just what is seen – but what is often overlooked: strength, self-determination, and human connection.
